My core program goals
My personalized swim programs are built around four core goals for swimmers aged 4 and up, catering to all skill levels from beginner to advanced, including adaptive instruction. I focus on individual progress over badges, ensuring a strong swimming foundation.

From basic movements to refining strokes, dives, and endurance, My instruction aligns with Lifesaving Society principles to develop efficient and effective swimming techniques for all levels.

At MAKE WAVES, every private lesson is personalized to each swimmer’s needs, allowing them to progress at the right pace. My lessons focus on confidence, safety, skill, and a love for the water, guided by Lifesaving Society swim principles and my professional experience. Rather than badges or certifications, swimmers leave with a strong foundation and a personalized Make Waves certificate, helping them reach their full swimming potential.
Frequently asked questions about my program
Parents often want to know the age requirements, lesson structure, and what my program looks like. My lessons are for swimmers ages 4 and up, delivered one-on-one in a private home inground pool with both shallow and deep ends and a diving board. Program dates, session length, and availability are shared during registration, and I’m happy to discuss any special needs or accommodations to ensure every swimmer succeeds.
